all shook up like a quarter in a can, ... AINT LIFE SWEET!!

OK, SWEET DAY lol.

Yesterday night was my LAST EVER bio 110 lab!! WOO!! No more gay bio labs. :D
And tonight was my last chem 250 lab. So pumped lol.
Finished all my plant science labs last week and my last ag lab was on Monday.
I'm DONE labs for this year!

But best of all, I HAVE A TRUCK AND I AM COMING HOME THIS WEEKEND!!

Ya I'm excited incase you didn't catch on lol.
It will be sweet. Dad's coming to get my Friday, home that night, up to see Cody on Saturday and then leave to come back to Saskatoon on Sunday. Get to drive out here all alone lol.
Works out perfect cause Cody starts work on the Monday so I will see him before he leaves.

Wow, life is good lol. Good job, nice truck, perfect boyfriend. Oh yeah, sweet!

Well Cody got the job!! I'm happy for him it's a sweet job.

I'm also sad 'cause it's in Melita.

BUT Melita is only 2 hours away and Saskatoon is 6. And it's been working for the last 2 months so I'm quite sure we will be fine.

And he is worth it.

I think I get most weekends off. And I haven't really spoken to him yet today but I'm sure we will work things out.

And if for some reason they don't then I guess that happens and there is not a lot you can do about it. But I don't see that happening.

I went on a pubcrawl on Friday night. Game time decision if I ever saw one lol. Decided 15 minutes before we had to leave lol. And for this reason it turned out to be an expensive night (no pre drinking) haha ... oh well it was fun. Totally worth it. And at one bar they were giving/selling beads and whoever had the most one a prize. The 5 of us who went together gave all our bead to Vicky and she stole/collected some other ones lol and won pizza for her and 10 friends! Oh yeah, FANTASTIC! lol

Last night I curled. It was playoffs for campus rec. We lost by 1point. Honestly the ice was shit though. That isn't even an excuse! We had to play negative ice!! Are you effing kidding me!!?! lol.

Gonna go eat brunch now - omelettes!! WOO!!

Then studying for my bio lab final this afternoon. After tomorrow night I have no more exams til finals!! That's pretty sweet!!

it's all part of the masterplan

i've been having a bad week
and then i've been taking this out on my friends and Cody ... none of them deserve it
and sometimes i say things when i'm drinking that i shouldn't. they're not bad things just not good either lol. uh oh.
so i decided to just cheer the fuck up lol
and to do that gotta think about the good things
like:

1. I have an amazing boyfriend who puts up with my stupid moods, we've been dating for just under 2 months now and it is awesome.

2. My friends are pretty damn sweet too. Also putting up with me being grumpy haha. And making me go out which cheers me up lol. haha Katryn, talking to you the other day was pretty fun lol, good times all around.

3. I have a kick ass job. First foot on the career ladder is always a good thing. Pays well too. Good way to start the future.

4. Pretty much have a truck now. Just has to get saftied before everything is finalized. oh yeah!

5. Might be home for a weekend if I get this vehicle. Big maybe though. Then I would bring it back with me to just pack up at the end of school.

6. Only 5 weeks til i'm home. So pumped. Probably gonna pee my pants with happiness when I get there lol.

7. Grads are only like 3 months away. Sweet times!! SAFE GRAD!!

8. COUNTRYFEST >> All that needs to be said.

ya well now I gotta go study. then class. then supper. then maybe out on a pubcrawl but that will be a game time decision lol.

time to vent...

OK, well this week is not good

first of all Cody might be getting a job in Miniota which means he would be moving there which sucks. it is a good job, and he should take it if he gets the chance, but at the same time I wish he could find something closer to home... Melita (ya I'm pretty sure that's what it's called haha) is 2 hours away. and I only get some weekends off ...
I don't know if I can deal with being 6hours away from him for 8 months of the year and 2 hours for the other 4months ... I just don't know what to do ... :(

and I wanted to come home sometime before the end of school. But I'm not. I called mum about it and she just sighed and said "Well you knew you wouldn't be able to come home that often if you went to Saskatoon" ... that is precisely why I wanted to bring my car out here, but no.

So I guess some good news ... I don't need surgery on my knee. Woo...

I'm looking to buy a vehicle and there's this Dakota I might get, but might not I guess we'll see. And if I do get one then I might be able to come home cause then I would bring it back out with me and I could just pack up and come home at the end of April.

I'm having a bad day

So Tuesdays at Louis (Bar on campus) is dollar beer night.


For some reason (actually I know the reason but that's unimportant lol) I was super pissed off yesterday ... really grumpy and angry.


Then Vicky & I decided to go to Louis and met up with some friends who were there.


Started off by downing 5 beer (OK, so the glass is about 6 inches tall and 2 inches wide and it's draft beer and it costs a buck lol), bought another round, then a couple shots and a final round.


So all in all 15 beer, shot of tequila, and a pornstar.

And we played these 2 guys at pool and won ... ok so I cheated a little but that happens lol.





Then we went to visit Marc & Neil up in Lav ... for some reason, then went to see Jan in the fishbowl. Then left.


I was pretty drunk. Don't remember going to bed lol.

But it was sweet, I woke up today at 8.45 today, headed to breakfast (WAFFLES!!), went to all of my classes and I feel fine ... well now I do lol.. apart from my pinkie finger, ... I think I broke it lol, no no not broke, just extremely sore!! AHH! lol.

Haha we looked at our pics today (82 between me & vicky) and some are crazy. Hardly remember taking them!! lol. Fun stuff!!

It's my busiest day.
But today was awesome!!!

Firstly it was awesome cause in my ag lab we got to see hotdogs being made and then cook and eat them (and it was realy meat not lips and assholes lol). MMM!!!
So I'm sitting in ag munching on hot dogs and my phone goes off ... I excuse myself and take the call.
It was Mike from AgPro in Forrest calling me to offer me a job!!!
YAY!!
I was and still am so excited!! lol.
He was like "Well my colleagues who you interviewed had high appraisals of you and Judy from Sandy Lake had only good things to say about you!!"
Man I'm so pumped. I ran out of that lab as soon as I could and called my mum and then Cody I was that excited!! lol.
So I'm done exams on 26 April, .. header home on the 27th, ... get to spend the weekend at home then have to come back out to Watrous SK to do about a weeks training.
That's kinda sad cause it means I wont see people that much for an extra couple of weeks :(
Though right now I am looking for a vehicle so if there are some to test drive back home I might come home for the Easter long weekend (I get the 6th off) ... which would be awesome. I dunno what I want to buy ... I saw a Ranger that looked nice but I guess we will see how things work out.
Damn I am so happy today lol.

Upadates! lol

Well it's been a while since I posted so I thought I'd update!!

Not overly much is new I guess. This week I have mainly been studying, ... curled on Sunday night and kicked ass!! Oh ya 13-4 in 6 ends I think it was!! WOO!! We've not lost a game yet!! *touch wood* lol.

Haha I applied for a job with Agpro in Brandon and the guy there said I could be interviewed out here in Saskatoon with his colleagues. So the receptionist called and we arranged that it'd be on Thursday (today) at 8.30am! :S ahh early!! lol, well first of all I got mixed up and for some reason thought it was on Friday ... until last night I looked at my diary and realized it was this morning, lucky lucky haha.

So at like midnight last night I went to bed and for some strange reason I woke up at 2.30am and thought I'd slept in. Even though it was CLEARLY 2.30am lol. I started panicking and getting dressed ... my roomie woke up and was like, "Gill, what's wrong?" I told her I was late and she looked at like every clock in our room and told me to stop being stupid and go back to bed ... it was only 2.30 lol. Ya, so my bad lol.

I got up at 6.45am, showered, ate, dressed and walked a half hour walk to get there. It was actually nice being up that early. And I got there early which was sweet!! The interview went well I think ... though I don't know if I have enough experience for the job. We will see. Fingers crossed but if it doesn't work out then so be it kinda thing lol.

I was back at res by 9.15ish so I decided to go have a second breakfast before class ... so glad I did it was delicious lol.

Tonight I EVENTUALLY got my MRI (scan) for my knee ... that damn old rugby injury lol. So hopefully I will now know if it is fine or not! YAY!

Anyways, that's all my news for today lol.

P.S. Oh I almost forgot. Cody & I have been dating for a month now!! WOO!! lol, ya but it sucks cause I've only seen him for a week :( ... and my last exam isn't til the 26th April so I won't be home til the 27th!! But the good new is that is only 56 DAYS AWAY!!
