HOME TIME!

HEY HEY!!
Well I am eventually home but I kind of wish I was somewhere else lol. Maybe Melita lol.

So I left Saskatoon Thursday around supper time, drove home blah blah nothing that exciting lol, it rained a bit ... that's all to say lol.

Then yesteray I went down to Brandon to buy some work boots. All was going well until I was leaving the city to come home. Some old jackass guy ran a stop sign at the top of that hill on 18th just where the slip road starts and smashed into me. I tried to swerve but something was coming so I had to just slam on the brakes and hope for the best. I was just doing the speed limit ,70, which is actually pretty fast to crash I guess, and I had my seatbelt thank god otherwise I would've gone through the window =/ so anyways we pulled over to the shoulder, I got out bitched him out for a few minutes, some CAA guy called the city police they came we went to the station etc. My truck got towed cause it's not driveable ... the front passenger wheel is bent to shit and there's some body damage - it's not a write off but it'll take a while to fix likely. It is 100% the other guys fault and his insurance will pay for it. But I got 2 tickets - my licence was expired so I was driving with an invalid licence. I didn't know that it expired because I didn't get a letter in the mail but ya I guess it did lol, and another one because on your licence there is an insurance part and it was also expired. So I have to go to court for those cause there is no set charge - but the cop said that the judge usually rips one up so hopefully that happens lol.

Anyways, that was my adventure yesterday. Then I get bitched out by my mum for not renewing my licence ... well do you think I would've just left it if I knew?!
So today I went and renewed my licence and now I am sitting stranded at home cause all the family are using their vehicles lol But I have to do some more tidying/unpacking so I guess I'll get that done.

Then I leave to go to SK on Monday. Someone will have to take me down to Forrest for 8am, then we leave from there and I think I'm back wednesday.

Man, I really want my truck back :( ... I can't do anything without it really. And I wanted to go see Cody today but that isn't happening lol, so maybe next weekend - well hopefully, if it gets fixed by then.
